I am so very sorry that most of the answers you received to your question were so unhelpful (i.e fake lenders).
If you are employed and can afford repayments, I would suggest you contact your bank...
Personal Loan is the loan you would need, rather than car loan or a loan to pay out debts (to tell a bank you are going to pay out debts, interest rates are guaranteed to be higher and car loans are secured meaning the vehicle you purchase would have to be the value of $15000). The advantage of taking the loan out through your bank, is that they can see the regular funds coming into your account.
