i have completed software testing course........still i dint get any openings......no live exp .... I hav completed my btec on 2004. Now presently working with SK systems as QC. Its a BPO (non voice unit)

I always try to stay awake at night because during the day I am to busy to do my homework and I really need to find a way to keep me awake all night so I can do my assignments and not fail my classes.

After highschool I plan to go straight to Africa. My entire life has been around wildlife and I want to work with animals until the day I die. But i'd like to get a job lined up in Africa before I get there. Does anybody know how I can do this? For example does anybody know of any wildlife conservation programs in Africa or anything? I've been looking on google, but I can't really find anything. Please lmk, anything would help. Thanks guys, you havent failed me yet!

I was just wondering if anybody knew where you would go or to research about more jobs at the toll booths. I know that it is a state job and I just would like to know. I live about 12 miles from one toll booth and about a mile from the other. So what would I do to get involved w/ that kind of work?

I have a strong background in tax and accounting. I worked for a CPA firm for about 4 years. I have a BS in Accounting. I became interested in Tax and Personal Financial Planning my senior year of college. I really would like to help people with their finances and savings, that is where my heart is. My only problem is that I don't want to really be a salesperson. I guess I would have to if it is a necessary evil. Also I have read about fee only advisors. Can someone please give me more insight in financial advising as far as what it really entails?

She is a lousy worker and deserves to be let go by management. She doesn't have any clue that it is going to happen and she won't know that I already knew about it beforehand. She and I share an office room with another coworker who knows as well. How do I react to her after she gets fired? I've been waiting for this day for a long time, but I feel like its going to be HUGELY awkward when she comes back into the room after her firing. I don't know how I should handle the situation! I am looking at being a single mom of two young children soon. I am a homemaker now and will need to begin schooling to have a career to provide for myself and my children. Naturally, I don't want to work 60 hours a week, I wantt o be with my kids as much as possible. I also need to bring in enough income to support us well. I have taken career assesment tests, and they suggest something in education or social work. I love the stay at home mom lifestyle, I would be June Cleaver if I could! I really enjoy housework, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and of course being with my kids. i took some college to improve my career choices and i found a good paying job but its so boring and quiet where i find myself staring at the wall or the door thinking to myself i should just walk out nothing can be worse than this. I've lied on my resume to get a job at a retail clothing store. I'm only a student right now and after so many unsuccessful attempts at finding a job, I took my friend's advice and lied. Now they've called me for an interview but I don't know if they'd be able to check where I've actually worked. My uncle told me that I could put him down as a reference and he would say that I worked for him over a course of a few months. It isn't a professional job or anything, it's just a part time job for me to earn extra money so I don't believe they'll be extremely hard at screening their potential employees. Is there any way for them to find out from my social insurance number or anything else? Thanks.

I'm currently a junior at a california state university. I have great passion for the social sciences. Anything involving psychology, religion, philosophy, sociology & so forth is something I'm absolutely passionate about!! I've chosen Business Administration as my major & Psychology as a minor; but I just can't stand doing Business & going through the classes.
Sadly, society doesn't really have high demands out there for careers in the social sciences field; there are more job opportunities with higher pay available out there for those majoring in Business.
I'm stuck between doing something that will bring me great happiness and something that will bring me great cash. Everyone's after that dollar. Especially me, coming from a financially poor background. I really don't care about money, I just want to help out my family in the future, but then again not everything is guaranteed in the future. Who knows how far I'll make it in life.
So, how should i decide on my major/minor?!

Who here with a college degree works at a job that doesn't require one because you'd rather work at a job that you can tolerate than to work in an office job that would make you want to jump out of a window? I know I spent a lot of money on college but the concept of being in a cubicle or small office all day would kill me.

Hi i worked for Fedex Ground for 10months, It was the worst job ever, Not only because of Unsafe work environment and Doin 10 hours of work in under 6 hours especially During Holdidays. But anyways My belt manager and Me became close. And I started talking to him about worked hours Missing, And he stated to me, "OH eric ( the main sort manager) takes out an hour a day sometimes two hours so that he doesnt get in trouble plus he gets a Bonus, He told me not to Bring it up to Eric but me being stupid did. They belt manager was fired the next day and two days later they fired me for leaving work an hour early. Which i never did once Before, and in 10 months i missed two days of work. One kid on my belt missed an avg of 2 days a week and was late EVERY day. They never let him go and No managers really brought it up to him or even yelled at him. I want to know who i can complain to BC the main Manager is the only one i can really complain to, but hes the one stealing hours. So what do i DO?
