i took some college to improve my career choices and i found a good paying job but its so boring and quiet where i find myself staring at the wall or the door thinking to myself i should just walk out nothing can be worse than this. But this job helped me out of debt but i been drinking more and stressed out alot. I can't take it....

Since you sound overqualified for this job, and before the drinking affects your work. Look for a more challenging job in your present company or another company. Sounds like a great opportunity to impress a new recruiter, while you still have great references.

You can make it fun for your self... have fun with what you are doing, make friends and stuff. Money may be the issue but life isn't fair. Anyway have fun with ur career. There are many more opportunities waiting for u in the future!!!

get a different job
do something fun at work when you are bored
take more classes
start your own business
drinking and stress are bad
take martial arts (aikido) instead.

While you're looking for another job, why not try asking your supervisor for additional tasks?
