How do I get my entire work history or at least for the last 10 years?

Go to USIntelligence and get a background check on yourself. It will have everything on there, that way if there's anything you need to clear up, you can get it taken care of before it comes back to bite you in the *** later.

Old pay stubs, previously filed tax reports, any other documentation you may have, like old resumes, etc. There is no one 'storehouse' of your personal information ... yet.
