the head cashier had kicked me in the but and i have not yelled at her for or told on her yet should i consider it harrassment

Go to that person's boss and tell him/her what is happening. This is harrassment and should not be allowed to continue. It's demeaning.

u should tell ur boss about it. They usually can handle stuff like that. Or call ur boss's boss.
