Paid Internships for Middle School Students??

Question

im an 8th grader student in the washington d.c. area
i was wondering if there were any paid internships for students of my age (13) in the DC area.
im a motivated student and have an excellent background in math, science, and technology (for my age)

There are child labor laws that won't allow a 13 year old to work. You have to wait until you're 16 unless you can get a work permit from your school, when you're in HIGH school.
