I am filing for bankruptcy but I need help to sue my Franchisor and can anyone tell me where I can get free legal help or where I can get funds for a lawsuit? I am in S. California. Thank you!

if I earned 30 hours of vacation time at 12 dollars an hour and then my wages changed to 14 dollars an hour and i earned another 20 hours of vacation time in the same year and then i quit my job.
Would my employer pay me 30 hours at 12 dollars and then pay my remaining 20 hours at 14 dollars an hour or would they have to pay my entire vacation hours i earned at my new rate of 14 dollars an hour for the entire 50 hours of vacation time i earned.

Hello, I want to become a U.S. CPA and also get a CPA licence in Mexico, too. Does somebody know the website explaining about CPA licence in Mexico in English? Is it difficult licence just like U.S. CPA or easier? Also, is there any requirement to take CPA exam?

I have to write a paper about a career and i'm confused about how i should write it. See, we have to choose a quote and then analyze it in our own words. For the paragraphs we have to explain the education necessary, the benefits and negatives, and the daily activities. I'm just don't know what type of quotes are needed and what to write for analyzing them.

I just went to an interview, actually a second interview on tuesday and the guy that interviewed me said that he would call me the next day to tell me if I got the job or not. But he did not call and the following day I called and was told that he didnt make a decision yet. I really want the job and I dont know what to do or what is going on. I spoke to some other girl at the time of the interview that said that was her third interview and it was with the same guy that interviewed me. Thats when I realized there was three interview and that was only my second but I was told to see the generl or store manager like her. Do you know what may be going on. Please positive feedback only thank you.

i drive a company vehical and they made me turn in milage on from time i leave my house until i get to my first stop. it really hurt me on my taxes they called it, "non employee compesation". i don't think it's fair since i am on call from 7am-7pm. is this legal?

I work for a franchise of an international company. (Kind of like a fast food restaurant.) I am the assistant manager, and my "district manager" (if you will) wants to send me to a different store. The problem is, it is further from my house, and I moved to this house to be closer to work. He hired me specifically for the store I am at. I knew that I may need to go to the other store to help out on occassion... but now he is talking permantly. Can he legally tell me it's either transfer or my job? If not, where can I find information on the matter?

I have been employed now by the same company for 2yrs (01/17/2005). I was promoted with in one yr to an entry level manager. The company has now expanded and there are now opportunities for the next level of Management. Lately my managers have been teaching me new things, company soft ware ect….I now have a company e-mail address and the manager’s folder on my desk top. No one has offered me the position I have only been told to learn as much as I can. Now I the big boss the VP has requested a meeting w/ me in the morning to talk about my Goals?????

Well I'm getting ready to start my schooling. I'm wanting to go into the medical field. I'm not sure how far. Nursing or more. I'm way excited but a little nervous at the same time. Im 21 work for a reasonable plumbing company that i'd like to be with for a long time. I am doing really well and im chasing marketing manager's position as im being trainied in that area and hopefully in the end general manager but the lady who is currently marketing mngr is palming all her work load to me i am doing it all and she is getting credit for it im doing it with smiles because i dont want my Boss to think i dont want to work for them but i just want to tell him that im doing the marketing work and not the actual marketing lady. To say it straight out i want the marketing position but i dont want to make it look to my boss im winging about the current marketing lady and that i do all her work. my other collegues know that im doing all her work but its difficult to approach the boss? does this make sense
