Hello, I want to become a U.S. CPA and also get a CPA licence in Mexico, too. Does somebody know the website explaining about CPA licence in Mexico in English? Is it difficult licence just like U.S. CPA or easier? Also, is there any requirement to take CPA exam?

Thanks!

You can not get a CPA license in Mexico. It is a professional designation that is only offered in the US. To take the CPA exam, you generally have to have 150 hours of college credits with 30 upper-level hours in approved accounting courses, 21 in other business courses, and 3 in ethics. The sate boards in the individual states actually decide the requirements. There is usually a work requirement or 2 years as well. Search online for the state board that you are interested in. For example, I live in Texas, so I would search for "Texas state board of public accounting" and would find www.tsbpa.state.tx.us.
