They can check your hire date. The reason for leaving, and get an evaluation. As for your slary, they can get your W-2s also. Yes, unemployment is verifiable, but the government will find out too if you accept the job. Being on unemployment is not a negative thing to employers.

We ask this for 2 causes: a million. to make certain in case your modern-day income is contained in the determination of what lets furnish you if we seen you for the placement we are hiring for. 2. to apply this as a handbook as to what type of income expectancies you've got if we evaluate you for the activity. of route someone does no longer favor to take a activity which will pay them below they were making before. Please do no longer take the propose of others posting solutions and lie about the quantity you're making. that is fraud, or maybe if it truly is stumbled on out even as the historic past verify is accomplished (which we continuously make certain income) then the activity furnish could be taken again from you for making a pretend truth. examine the perfect area of the activity application the position you state that each and each one the recommendations you've given is honest, and also you recognize an furnish could properly be withdrawn even if it isn't. And, in my opinion, if someone does no longer comprise it with a resume after we ask for it, i visit commonly placed that resume contained in the "get again to it later" if there are not any more suitable positive qualified those who come through.

the things they should be allowed to get are dates of employment, and if they would hire you back or not that's all,but most people know each other so your reputation does follow you so do your best to not get a bad one,and I'm not sure about them being able to find out about unemployment

It depends on your former companies HR policies.

Some will speak rather freely. Currently, the job I am now in HR will verify Start Date, End Date and Salary. Nothing else (we are sue paranoid here).

I am not sure about the private sector.
I work for the United States Postal Service and all that the PO can do is verify that you work there or not, and if not, if you would be eligible for re-hire.
