I would like to know how extensive the training is, the pros & cons from your personal experience.
It would be even better to hear from people who've worked as an agent in Atlanta.

Thanks!

My employer said they are collecting census data for a government filing and want all employees to give them a copy of their drivers license or state ID (California).

Is this even legal? Can't I just give them my current address? I don't feel comfortable just passing out copies of my drivers license with my birthdate and license number on it.

I have been looking for a job for a while now, but it's hard to find one. I have a bachelor's degree, and everyone tells me I'm "overqualified".

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make a little extra money (or a lot!) at home until I find a full time job? I am not talking about investment opportunities or the like. If I had money to invest, I wouldn't be looking for a way to make money.

Thanks for any ideas on how to make extra money at home until I find a job. My family really needs the money.

I took a test for the post office 2 weeks ago, at that time they said the results will be posted at the chosen offices, in 2 weeks time. the Lady at the front desk conferred with her supervisor then came back and asked me my age, (which confused me) and then said to contact human resources. What would my age have to do with the test results or if I had passed?

As far as the fact that it will be hard for me to get jobs? Many people tell me that, but then I hear that employers aren't supposed to discriminate against me for being mentally ill or having previous hospitalization, & that I have a right to sue. Now which one is factual?

Also, I have a college degree. Does this mean I went to college for nothing? How am I gonna pay my loans back?

I'm about to start work at a local theme park doing caricatures there and they have a no cell phone policy for their employees. I would be a contracted employee, but would still have to obied by their policy. Often times I will be alone at the stand, with no cell phone, or land line that I could freely use if anything went wrong, ie: Money, air compressor exploding, me getting hurt some how, anything could go wrong, and has in recent seasons. I can think of multiple times when a phone call was NEEDED, mostly because of money reasons. My manager says that He will be allowed to have his cell phone, and if I needed someone to call me or to call someone, I could use his, but its unreasonable to think that he would be able to be there all the time. My question, is it unreasonable to demand use of my cell phone in the park, or at the very least the installation of a land line at the stand, and if neither is possible, quit working there, or am I overreacting?

I have a job interview for a Localization Project Manager position in a big company and they were looking for somebody that is Italian native speaker like myself. Now if they ask me what is the wage that i am willing to accept how much should I say? Consider the fact that around where the company is (Kansas) there are very very few people that are italian native speaker so it would be hard for them to find somebody else. Any suggestions??
