It really depends on your level of experience and if the company wants you bad enough for you to relocate and pay for it. If you are someone that is not of an executive level, I really doubt you will find a company that will pay for your relocation.

There is a company in Cactus TX. That got raided by immigration. They will pay for relocation since they lost about 300 employees. I not so sure about the name of the company but I know it's a meat processor

Most large companies/corporations will pay for you to relocate if they think it's worth it. The problem is you're looking for one hiring that does that. You have to prove that you're worth the time and $$$ for them to relocate you. You would have to have an awesome history, credentials for them to offer you that right off the bat.
The only company I know that did that for someone off the bat is Anheuser Busch when my uncle started there. But, he worked for a company under them about 30 years first.
