I have to declare a major by the end of this semester and I am torn between Geography, with a concentration in GIS or Economics. If I decide to go with the GIS/Geography major, I will also pick a minor in Economics. I have also heard that Economics majors have more job opportunities. Which one has the better job opportunities? I plan to pursue a career in Urban Planning/Community Development, but I want to take some years off to work in the field before I get a Master's in Urban Planning.

I have tried to get a job at 2 different places and failed 2 drug tests, and I don't even use drugs I'm tired of taking them and failing them and looking like a dope head when i don't even use drugs. what is a place someone can work without a drug test. just somewhere i can work to pay bills and rent doesn't have to be a fancy job.

For example - I want to get a BA and an MA in Psychology - I thought about getting my MFT after - but I am interested in a few careers - so I was wondering if there is a site out there that lists the options with the descriptions of the job....I thought about working with CPS....I just don't know what path I should chose...

I have just returned to work after 11 years of raising my wonderful, beautiful children. The first few months of the 6 months I've been here, were great and I couldn't understand why the only other female co-worker in the office thought I was crazy when I told her "I love it here!" She's become a good friend, and she told me that she is glad that I like working. I've started to see my boss's ture colors and frankly it is a daily rollercoaster ride. I've tried talking to him about it. He told me to not be afraid of him, yet he turns around and acts nice one minute and critical the next. It doesn't help to know that he never fires anyone, he just runs them off. Primarily the women in the office. 6 people left, all but one were women, and they left all at once just before he hired the 5 of us. Just last week we had a wine tasting in the office, and the next day he's barking out orders about policy!. This isn't why I returned to work. I need a job, but is this worth it? Help!?!

have a few misdemaeners for drinking when i was younger no felonys or theft just a few misdemeanors i was just selected last month for jury duty went thru all the good stuff but was not selected because the case was pleaded out please explain if you know 4 step kids plus one on the way could use all the help i can get
