Most of the jobs you are going to find that are available to teens are restaurants or retail establishments unless you "know somebody". That's fine. You can learn a lot from that type of work.
There is a site called snagajob.com that markets itself to people seeking entry level work that would be a good place to start. One nice thing they do is that you can fill out the app online and apply for multiple places without having to redo the apps.
I am including a link to search results for Cleveland so you get an idea what I mean. Since it is a large area, you will obviously want to limit the range or use a zip code for the search criteria.
