I have been told that many physical therapists wished they went into occupational therapy because of the more variety of fields they can enter. This led me to wonder about other pros and cons. Can anyone lend me their expertise?

Thanks.

I was at a job interview. They wanted to give me the results by phone but because I don't have a phone number (I'm in between numbers) I ofered to call them at a date convenient for them. They said they'll e-mail me the result today and I should call tomorrow. Now, the result was that I didn't got the job. Should I still call them?

Besides coming on Yahoo! Answers, of course. I currently have tons of downtime at work, which isn't going to last too much longer, hopefully. I've asked many times for something to do, but I've been told there isn't really anything for me. What do those of you in a similar situation as me do to pass so much time? I'm running out of options.

I am trying to get some opinions on being a realtor? I am looking into Realtor school and want to know the cons and pros of being a realtor? Is it a good career? I am an army wife that moves around a lot, but they have a company that helps military spouses. It's called Operation Remax? Anyone heard of it? Realtors are welcome to elaborate on their career. Thanks.

This is what happened.....
I was scheduled to work Saturday and overslept. I am a dental assistant and LOVED my job!!! I just starting taking this anxiety medication (SEROQUEL 600MG) for the 1st time Friday night and I think my doctor gave me too high of a dose, as I went to sleep at 11pm and didn't wake up until 3pm the next day. I don't even remember hearing my alarms go off and I ALWAYS set 2. I was scheduled to work from 10-2pm. As soon as I woke up I tried calling the dentist and there was no answer at the office. I was so scared beacause he is a very moody person and I never know what to expect from him. He has agreed to train me as a dental assistant and I have no formal eduacation and I have wanted to work in this field for a very long time. I have been working there for 3months and this is my 1st offense. I went in this morning and explained what happened and he fired me. Does anyone have any advice for me?

would you settle for a corporation job, comfortable living, or would you push for your dream job, though it means getting a masters (which is a big pain all around) taking less pay (at least for the foreseeable future), and working round the clock and calender?

About week ago I got in contact with a recruiter to a company I want to work for. He was interested in me for a position that I really want.

I sent him my resume and salary requirements and he said that he will forward the information and have the company call me. (The recruiting office is in Dallas, but the production office is in Los Angeles).

This was a week ago, and I am wondering if I should call back. I've started to get calls from other companies, but this place is the one I really want to work for.

Should I call back and if so what should I say? I really want this job.
