I was at a job interview. They wanted to give me the results by phone but because I don't have a phone number (I'm in between numbers) I ofered to call them at a date convenient for them. They said they'll e-mail me the result today and I should call tomorrow. Now, the result was that I didn't got the job. Should I still call them?

Only if you want to ask why you didn't get the job. Some feedback from them may help in future interviews. That's just what I would do.

You could call them to say that you received the email and to thank them for considering them in their search to fill the position. Don't be rude about asking why they didn't choose you. If you're too pushy or rude about getting information from them, they may assume that you will be rude while working for them. You could ask politely why you were not condisered for the position, but the answer may just be that there was another candidate with stonger attributes pertaining to the job.

Good Luck!

i have self belief following up on an interview shows the means business business enterprise you're very interested in operating for his or her business business enterprise. in my opinion he might want to call and thank them for the interview. He might want to then ask the position they're contained in the technique of hiring someone to fill the area. Praying for all of you, Geri! :-)

If you want to find out why you didn't get the job you could call them, or you could call them and thank them for the opportunity.

The more persistent you are, the more it looks like you want the job. Employers like that. And if you didn't get that job, let them know that you'll take another job.
