I just think he is selfish and he wants cheap labour as he promised me a raise and to send me on coarses to further my studies but I got a call last night at 10 and he was demoding me! This morning I got to work and there was another lady at my desk in my possition!

My current boss isn't a pig, but I have a theory on why some of them are.
A lot of managers are people who have excelled in their job (sales, customer service, etc) and the only way to promote them is by making them a manager. Many people think that if they do a really good job at what they are doing, that they will be able to manage other people doing the same thing. However, a lot of people don't know how to manage other people and it ends up with a lot of confusion and anger between parties. If you watch The Office on NBC, it is a prime example. The boss was great at sales, but he doesn't know the proper etiquette when it comes to managing people.

Because pig meat is cheap, bad for you, and therefore plentiful. Better to be self employed.
