If you are a computer engineer then you must be a hardware person. If not if you are in software then c and C++ are all outdated now, try retraining in .NET all of ASP, ADO and if possible the different JAVA platforms. This has lots of opportunities now. Go to Aptech and see a counselor they will guide you and even place you if you qualify after studies there.

I hear you. I had hard time finding a job too. Don't know where they all want. No return calls on resume. Have you thought about freelaning? Pay per job? At least it'll get you started.. Get your skills advertised out there and let people find you. It's better than waiting for phone calls... Here's a site that might help.

Can I suggest that you work on your English spelling and grammer? Since most computer jobs in India are for other countries, they expect spelling and grammer to be correct. Based on this question, yours needs some work. Best of luck to you.
