the pick figure is 75% which is equivilant 2 140 units an hour 2 be picked but it was timed and moationed under a faster system and the lay out of the floor is alot worse so it is hard 2 get the figure especially if u are picking heavy stuff and some people are picking light stuff and getten there figure ok. but management are not taken this in to consideration

i no what you mean we used to have three different pick rates 180 for ambient 150 for chill then 195 for bond but i would of thought they would take it in consideration for differnt way to pick
