Should office buildings be equipped with stress relief areas/personnel for the male employees?

it would be nice to have a stress relief areas for employees but it is usually a constrain because of budgets and cost. But if there is a study that would show that those areas will bring benefits to the company, then im sure that companies will be willing to put some thought on it.

male and female employees!! it's a great idea. but these cost $$ and are they willing to spend it??
