This guy has connections with someone in the main office and is always trying to get people in trouble or fired. Nobody knows who his connection is but they are always covering for him when he screws up. Whenever anyone else makes a mistake, they are disciplined or terminated but not this guy. Looking for a dirty trick to use to get rid of him.

My friend is very honest and didn't know she was doing anything wrong. She thought the items had been clearanced. They made her sign a paper that said she would pay back the differnece. I told her to return them. She is very upset that people thinks she stole and is afraid if she returns them she will look guilty. I don't agree. She didn't mark the items wrong and someone else sold them to her. I told her it is best to return the items. What do you think? I want to go with her for moral support but I want to see what someone else thinks.

I only have their names, and phone numbers. Is it really nessesery to write their address on resume? One of my reference is a co-worker in a fast-food chain. Another is a teacher.

NAME
PROFFESSION
(457) 936-8462
is this okay?
What will I write in the proffession section on my co-worker's fast-food work? Do I write "co-worker"? Or "NameOFStore co-worker"?

Ok so I'm a 25 yr old soph. in college. As of last semester I was a nursing major, but changed my mind. To what? "you ask".. Notta "I answer" I don't know in what direction to go. I took this little quiz on what I should do based on my personality. It said Art & Personal Service. What? I mean really, I can do bubble letters and cartoon pigs for my daughter. I like to work with people, like to talk, hate routine schedules, hate mundane work days, am somewhat creative, and I just wanna do something that makes me feel good everyday. I know thats everyone, but I gotta figure this one out. So I need some ideas!!

What hapened is for months i had a neighbor (25 yrs old, and me, 15 years old) who pissed me off so i decided to egg his house, take his mailbox, bread his yard and throw tomatoes in it in small intervals over time . Tonight i through a bag of bread at his window to startle him and i run inside. 5 minutes later i walk outside with my friend and there he is accusing us, being 11:15pm outside and a school night, of doing it. He claims he has 3 witnesses and that im of high suspicion. He said he will call the cops by tommorow. Im worried because i have good connections with the cops and dont want to loose them. Is he bluffing about the witnesses u think? What should i say to the cop tommorow (whom i may know well), just admit like one thing? Should i continue vandalism to ease suspicion off of me? Help! I know it sounds stupid having such connections w/the police and doing this, and im sorry i admit i must have mental issues and wish to stop, help please!

Do I ask all the details about housing, location, and all that at the interview?

I would assume yes but don't want to completely botch up the interview because of this fact (but the location could be an issue in deciding yes or no for taking job if it is offered.)

I worked a temp job in NYC after moving to NY; however, I found the job on craigslist, not a staffing agency (it was a 1-month long temp job). After that gig was up, I started looking for a permenent position. I've had tons of interviews and have even interviewed at staffing agencies and temp agencies, but the agencies seem to be a waste of time because I NEVER get even a bite from these people, yet I don't understand why. I have a college education, I'm not fugly (I'm normal looking), I have a great sense of humor in person, am confident, speak well, and have great computer skills (for the temp jobs, I usually just go for anything related to computers or data entry). The interviews with the staffing agencies usually don't seem to go bad... the person is usually smiling and laughing at my jokes (I don't tell 'jokes' persay, but you catch my drift... I'm just easy to get along with). Anyhoot, with all I have to offer, why don't staffing agencies ever work for me?

I'm totally burnt out on my teaching career. I've been a teacher for 12 years and I really don't think I can take it anymore. I have a really good business sense but because my degree is in education, I don't know what to look for that would be in the same pay range ($56,000 yearly). I barely make peanuts now, so I can't take a pay cut. Any ideas?

I have had three jobs in an office environment. I went to a business college for medical office training. After I quit my last job, I was able to get on at a clothing store for seasonal help. I got a lot of hours during Christmas time, but now that the holidays are over, I'm limited on hours. In fact, I was only scheduled to work one day this week.

I was trying to update my resume since I need to find something with set hours. I don't know how to incorporate this into my resume, or if I need to at all. My boyfriend reminded me that I got a promotion during that time. I got promoted to customer service. I also got into a club for getting so many credit card openings for the company. I'm applying for office positions and this seems very different than the previous positions.

How would you go about doing this?

I don't want to work at fast foor or gas stations, nothing wrong with that, but its not my thing. Is there any advice you can give on things i can do to up my chances on getting a decent job?
