i have experience in Brand Managemaent,outsourcing management with known Indian reputed companies.Now i want to work with Some International companies .How intrenational companies choose their candidates and what otheer qualification should i have so that i can work with some good International company outside India or In India.Its my dream to work with an International Company .Please help me!

You can do little researchon the potential target companies where you feel there is a need for your kind of profile. Try establish contact with these company. Once you are aware that the company is looking for people, you could approach them.
