But is it wise? Like, will the hirer think I'm well efficient andorganized, reliable? The person who gave me the application form was the supervisor/hirer.......... >_>

It's just that..... When I asked for another one, she said: "Didn't you get it yesterday?"
Me: "Oh, yah. But I kind of made a mistake on it."
Her: "Oh..... uh yah ok."

You basically have 3 options:
1. Go back in and ask for another application so that you can fill it out properly. (Best Choice)
2. Just take your current application in with mistakes on it. (Not as good of a choice)
3. Never go in to that place of business again for a job. (Worst choice, you'll never get the job this way. Unless of course you never really wanted the job in the first place.)

If I was reviewing an application, I would rather see one put together well rather a messy one. If you keep coming back again and again and again, I would think youre not serious about the job or way too disorganized but being that disorganized would show up on the application quite easily.

In a case like that, put on your most charming smile, and simply be honest. Say something to the effect that you made a mistake and you want your application to be neat, may you please have another one, but that will not necessarly work on some Gov. Applications!!!

The act of asking for another application is a few seconds long and entirely forgettable, where an apllication with errors or smudges or something crossed out is forever.

Have a friend get another for you if you are concerned about possibly leaving a bad impression because of that. You may be over analyzing the situation, but its good to put your best face forward so have a buddy get another. Good luck.

EVERYONE MESSES UP ON APPLICATIONS, IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. GO ASK FOR OTHER ONE.

NEXT time if you are taking it home to fill out, ask for two to begin with and take the time to read it through once before filling it out, it helps ya not make mistakes on the application.

Everyone makes mistakes. So if you do, just ask for a new one and don't worry about what people are thinking. Most people get their assumptions from the interview.

Never hurts to ask. If you really messed up on the form and need a new one, just tell them so - they'll appreciate the honesty.

Better to ask for another than too have a sloppy one.
