I would try to find another reference, like maybe a friends mom or a teacher that has seen you excell and do well in class. If this teacher has seen you excell in your class work, that can be a motivation for a employer to hire you (seeing you have dedication and are hard working) then I would recommend putting references on there. References are something that are key in a resume to get an employer to take a look at you, because it shows that there are people that can vouch for your work ethic. Good luck!

Technically:
No, you should not put references on your resume.
However, you can launch Microsoft Word, and use a reference making template. Check the help section if you are clueless. Follow the procedure and create one single page of references. Hang on to that reference list, and do not give it to a potential employer unless he asks you for one during the interview, or before.
As a rule of thumb, only include references that you know will be positive, so given your situation, I would neither create a reference list, nor worry about it. If a job asks you or insist for a reference, it is not for you.

You should use references always... references provide your character to prospective employers. But pick a reference carefully, you want it to be someone who knows you well. Chances are that if a teacher didnt remember you then she wouldnt be a good name to use as a reference.

Try to find a different person to use as a reference but is not partial to you, but will be fair and honest, but yet knows you well.

Good Luck with your resume and hope that this helped.

Hi!!!! you dont have to include their names on your resume...Jus say sumthing like "References available upon request" that way you have time to find better references as well as choose which of ur references are suitable for the employer to talk to...
Also by jus putting the above statement if the employer doesnt request references it doesnt need to be printed on your resume...
Hope this helps!!! Happy Job Hunting!!!
