Do I NEED to get a worker's permit?? Or can I just apply for the job and start working without it??

NOOO!! you do not need a workers permit. You would need one at 15 because you can only work so many hours a day and there are certain jobs you can do. The only thing is that the jobs you can do are limited. Try stores like target, circuit city, best buy, and fast food places.

To be safe, get one from your school. Or ask a guidance counselor, or your principal. Maybe even the owner of this shop would know.

no. what country are you from. In America, you don't have to do that. Try restaurants or retail places.
