I graduated with a degree in Computer Information Systems. However, I actually learned nothing with this major. It was a waste of time. I actually got me a job that is not even related to what I studied, but it deals with computers. Anyone else knows what I can do? I need job that pays me more.

I quit college because I was young and stupid but I am now realising that a degree could benifit me greatly. I believe I am intelligent and that I could complete a course at some pace.

I am undecided as whether to do a vocational course such as Music Management (my intended career path) or something a little more academic such as English or History.

My question, either way, is how quickly could I become qualified if I allowed it to take over my life?

I am training as a Solicitor and whenever I do work for a client my boss takes credit for it and constantly undermines me, as in I will work on a file for a month and deal with the client and all queries and then at the very end he will ring the client and claim all credit by saying oh I got (me) to do that for you. Also whenever I have a question (i am training) rather than letting me know what he thinks he just picks up the phone and sorts it, it is often very simple things that I could deal with but just need a bit of direction and he just overtakes completely.

What should my attitude be? that he is my boss and that my only concern is to impress him or should I have the attitude that when I do work he shouldn't just take over and take all the credit?

Like, he follows you into the bathroom to tell you that you have a table, (I'm a woman). He calls you lackadaisical and slow when you first come in. He literally stands behind you and follows you around the store chirping "go faster, move. You need to hurry up" into your ear.
How do I say "back off" without being rude?

I've just had an intense, thirty minute interview for a job. They asked me about 40 questions about 'what I'd do in this situation', and 'how good are you at this', 'give an example of'. I answered, but was a bit wobbly on some things. Do interviewers expect flawless responses?
