Here goes.

Firstly, you will need underpinning knowledge. Proof of training courses may not do for this. However, you will need to show that you are aware of the H&S law. Questioning with assessor, or writing a statement will do.

Observations from your assessor, or witness testimony from a qualified individual (H&S officer) will also be good.

A practical project might also work. Do a risk assessment for your work place. Perhaps send a H&S questionnaire to staff. Analyse results and write report to manager, with recommendations.

You might also be observed doing an induction with new staff.

You will also need copies of the companies policies, procedures and any materials handed out, or on notice boards.

Once you have assembled all of this evidence, sit down with your assessor and plan a "Professional Discussion" with your assessor.
