Like, he follows you into the bathroom to tell you that you have a table, (I'm a woman). He calls you lackadaisical and slow when you first come in. He literally stands behind you and follows you around the store chirping "go faster, move. You need to hurry up" into your ear.
How do I say "back off" without being rude?

Get another job. Speak with your feet. I've seen "Help Wanted" adds all over the place. The biggest problem I've heard from management types is finding good people. If you are good at what you do you should have no problem finding another job. There are plenty of employeers out there looking for good employees.

He is creating a "hostile work environment" for you and you can file a grievance against him for that that will permanently remain on his HR records. IT IS HARASSMENT!! GET A LAWYER AND DOCUMENT HIS ACTS. Get a little mini-recorder. Carry it everywhere you go.
