What can i write in my resignation letter so it dont sound so bad?

Just that you are grateful for the opportunities you've been given and wish the company well for the future. There's no need to lick a£$e but you should say something nice about the company in your resignation letter rather than "I'm off!". You should verbally resign and then confirm in writing. Confirm your resignation date, and what you last day of employment will be. Also a good opportunity to sort out any holiday/pay etc. that may be outstanding.

If you are ready to leave now, Be sure that on your off time or weekends you are looking for work & see if you can schedule some interviews. Once you have landed a job offer let the new company know that you need to put in your notice with your current employer. They will understand & see you as a good team player & having dedication towards your employer

I was in the same situation, I stayed for nearly 3 years. Now Ive got a new job Im so much happier.
Try and move to a different sector, and say you wanted to work in that sector - or that your new employer is going to give some training etc.
Or perhaps dont even write a reason on your letter.
