myself sandeep deb. i passed BBM(bachlor in business management) and MBA in marketing & HR. now i got a job in ABN AMRO Bank. But, my mane problem is i cant concentrate on my job,i want to do my job in full concentration. but the problem is that i am not discplined in my life and i am having the habit of drinking(wine,rum). so i want to quite my drinking and smoking habit so that i can concentrate on job. please give me suggestion how to displined in life and get the seriousness.

recognising of costumers who r frequently visiting.then try to extend ur relationship with them.and know their needs.and give ur suggestions to them what u know best.do some favours to them that didn't loss to bank.
