I work with my partner running a distribution company, mainly through phone sales. We have been offered to sell more products including laptops and pcs from another supplier. We are considering selling these online only. Does anybody have any advice? how many staff we'd need to run it etc. Is it very time consuming and would we need a web designer full time? Also any advice on taking payments and security checks would be great. Or is there a web site where I can get any information and help from.

this colleague of mine really suck!!! i interviewed n selected her 3 yrs ago as she looked gentle n obedient. But now, the sight of her really spoilt my day, when my boss not around she really show no respect for me as a senior, attitude problem, talk on the phone, buying fancyful n expensive stationary, pantry item, at the co. expense!!! claim OT that she did not work for! slobbish job that lead to many complaints. I don want to tell the boss cos i don want to back-stab her but i really cant stand seeing her doing such things as if the co. belong to her. Ya, it might be common since she is young, early 20, but this is not an excuse !!! her sight make me so sick that i ever tender my resignation but boss retain me. After deeper consideration i ask myself y should i leave the job which i like just because of her ?! So i decided to stay on. please teach me how to GET RID of her !!!! I even have nightmare of her !!!!Dont ask me to talk to her, i tried but no use!!! very angry right?

i have kids to support so good salary is very important for me but to stay here i afaid it will be difficult for me to change / or if i being retrench, i could not find a suitable one cos limited job experience/exposure as already here for 8 yrs. Co. is small i m doing "1 man show " no one teach me new things if i remain here. worry for my future n family :(

I was offered a Senior position by a friend who was setting up a company but things are not as i have predicted.They are still trying to get investors to come aboard to invest with them. I have not been paid since last month, a small amount was given $500.00. How am i going to survive paying my wages,debts & etc.Any ideas? I'm not from there I'm actually from Rhode Island but I'm currently living 30 min north of Boston. Not sure I like it here too much traffic. Last year I sent my resume to a company, I got an interview and past some tests. They said they will callme back, now after one year they call me back, got a second interview and they said i was a very strong candidate, and do those test again. At first I was very interested, but after one year, my job expectation have change and I feel very comfortable with my actual job? How can I decline to keep going with this selection process? Any idea?
