Well If you are technically good at languages you have learnt i am sure that you will have good oppurtunities. You can specialize in the area of Networking (Become CISCO Certified) or Java Advanced or .Net Programming with VB and C #. Also if you can learn PHP it's an added advantage for you. no, the opportunity u have after BCA is being unemployed, theres 2nd option... of being a cleaner

If you are interested in Technology Best to go is MCA or MSc Computers. Yeah, you can go to Teaching area as well. My best advise is you to go to Computers field if you r really interested in it.
