Try to maintain friendship with people who are working in MNC s and IT companies. great openings are there.
one thing dont mind that u are surely not done mba from IIMS then why u feel that u want a challenging job try to have what u got. dont make ur self and feel so special then u are mistaken. there are thousands of MBA s in the roads.
if u already have 3 to 5 years exp... then i can suggest u to take some SAP FUNCTIONAL COURCE , try and get some job.
