Ok so my brother goes to college for one semester and drops out. So I get him a job at a furnature store where I work in the stockroom. He works in the back for maybe 5 months and then gets moved onto the sales floor because they were short on people. Well he does a pretty good job so he works there perminently. THEN one day this guy comes in, sees him working, walks up and goes "hey I like the way you do buisiness. Come work for me" So long story short, he works at this really ritzy upscale furnature place, makes 110,000 a year, drives a Benz, and owns an apartment in the Bay area and he never really had any training at all.

The only relevant question here is whether she agreed AT THE TIME OF CONTRACT to reduced compensation during training. Did she sign something or commit orally? If so, stop complaining. It's unlikely a 'VERY popular franchise' would do anything to invite what would easily become a class action lawsuit for underpaying employees.

real estate is a good place to start. if you can come up with the dough to buy a house, or a plot of land... It's going no where but up. You will make money.

me and my wife bought a house for $82,000 (all financed through a bank of course) we didn't do a damn thing to it... 1.5 years later we sold it for $105,000... That's a $23,000 profit for doing nothing at all but paying a mortgage (rent if you will) no training at all.

Do that 3 or four time a year... Big bucks, no training...

A Busboy at "The 95th Floor", the restaurant at the top of the John Hancock building in Chicago fits all your criteria: That's one of the Highest palces I know, and you need no training to get paid to fill water glasses.

National political office (Congressman, Senator): requires no training.

Start your own hugely successful business. Case in point: the founder of Wendy's, Dave Thomas, was a high-school dropout.

Railroad engineer. If you can pass the physical, they'll train you. You don't need anything to start. This career field tops out at about $80,000 per year. Check with Union Pacific for job opportunites.

Oh, they won't hire felons or drug addicts. If this applies to you, don't bother applying.

I'd say model or actor. Takes the right looks, and the right time and place to get discovered.
