I am a teacher and I respect my elders, but when a principal decides on a curriculum that I opposed and then blames me for the bad results, what am I to do? The English Department voted "NO" on the new English books, because they weren't any good. The principal overruled our decision and gave the new program a "YES". He did this because the new books had many other benefits, like free headphones and magazines and cassettes. Now the parents start complaining and he wants us to apologize. When we started speaking, he went all over our heads and made us look bad. When in the first place it was his bad decision! What does one do now?
