um i am 16 good looking chick that is fun loving and does not give a damn about anything exept a job and my fiance i have looked for jobs please give me a few tips on how to talk to the average person(NOT ANGRY BUT NOT SAD PEOPLE) i really need people skills to get a job i thinkl because when i answer the phone i say to the person on the other end "what the hell do you want now" that is how i have been answering the phone since i was 3 just tell me how to talk to people so i know

sounds to me like you're too nice. you have to assert yourself. instead of saying " what the hell do you want now"?, you should say "what the hell do you want now, you dirty son-of-a-bit ch"?,and make it snappy, i have work to do." !!!

Success is a journey, not a destination. I don't know what you define success to be in order to help guide you. If you feel your weakness is in talking to people, why not go for a communications class. A great start is a public speaking group called Toastmasters. They are not only average people but working on self improvement with aims towards success. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery so pattern yourself after those you deem successful. You can start by answering the phone "hello" and find out why the person is calling and who is calling before you ask "what the hell they want." It's just a thought. You'll be a totally different person in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years as your skills and experiences change and you can focus on what you think success is and how you can get there.
