How do you stay motivated? I'm having a terrible day - doing everything but working. Usually, I'm pretty good, though.

I'm in sales and a coworker of mine sold a deal in my territory, which is a big no no. He is supposed to come to me before submitting the plan, let me know, and then we split the deal, all of which he did not do. When I brought this to the attention of my manager, he made us split the commission. My coworker is obviously a spaz and started getting real loud with me and caused a scene and said you don't know who you are f***ing with. He said this really loud in front of like 10 people who are witnesses. He was totally out of control, but I kept my cool and never raised my voice. He was also talking trash about me when I wasn't at work yet, saying really loud "All he does is spend his money at whore houses, now I'm going to **** him in the ***!!", trying to deface me. Should I go to HR and issue a formal complaint? What are the repercussions to me if I do this, if any? Does it go on my record that I issued the complaint? I work for a Broker Dealer and have my NASD Series 7.

I am passionate about making things happen for appreciative people.

I use my analytical listening skills to understand peoples needs, and then apply my skills and experience in research, analysis, problem solving, and negotiation to find solutions that meet those needs. I then do my very best to make it easy and comfortable for people to accept and move forward with these solutions.

My question is how can I make best use of my passion, skills, and experience to make things happen for people in a way that also makes enough money to pay the bills?

I have been given a list of questions (by the agency) about what I will be asked at an interview on Wed, one of the questions is tell me about yourself. Should I basically just tell them about my work history, my achievments etc? Not tell them anything about my personal life at all?

I have invented a kind of INSTANT DRINK and want to sell that invention to a Food&Beverage Company.

I will talk to them that about Project today.

And what do you offer me to do?

What should I say to them?

And if they accept my product, is 50KUSD enough to sell the idea?

I just started applebees 2 days ago, today was my second day of work. On the way there which is about 20 miles, I was riding with someone and our car broke down. So we had to walk 6 miles to get a payphone. I called work and I said I was gonna try and be there as soon as possible but I didn't show up at all! I had to work 2 shifts today. We waited for someone to pick us up from the store for 3 hours then we had to tow the car off the interstate. So I was just wondering if I was gonna get fired from there. I mean, I really like this job and I need it bad!! So help!!
