I have invented a kind of INSTANT DRINK and want to sell that invention to a Food&Beverage Company.

I will talk to them that about Project today.

And what do you offer me to do?

What should I say to them?

And if they accept my product, is 50KUSD enough to sell the idea?

<>Let them make an offer first (they will offer a lower amount than it is worth). Then counter with your own, higher amount. Then haggle.

Well give them a reason to believe that ur project is a unique idea and novel that is new as far as drinks are concerned
they should offer u a yearly benefit from the use of your invention or a decent lumpsum
Ask whether u will lose u rights absolutely as the inventor.what legal rights to have. The legal effects of your deal with them
50k USD is a bit on the low side remember this is a product to be used for years to come.
In the end the benefits u get will depend the type of company how successful is it?
