HAve you got a degree? There are aa number of ways you can do it; some involve getting paid on the job, the PGCE - which I did, is a full time, year long, post grad course, you will get £6000, but I think have to pay £3000 in fees for the first time this year, you need to apply quick if you want to do it this year, go find the UCAS website. You get around £19000 for your first year and the pay goes up annually for the firrst few years at least, but it is very difficult to get a job, I as are many of my friends from the course, aren't working yet, and even suppply work is hard to come by. If you could possibly do secondary, think seriously about it, you'll have a much better time getting a job, at the very least do older kids rather than the little ones- it's easier to get a job in key stage 2 than 1 or foundation stage.
Good luck

If you want to teach in the UK you will need a degree, you can do this in three ways: You can go to a teaching college and get a degree like mine that has qualified teacher status attached to it. This is a four year degree. Or you could get an ordinary degree and then do an extra year on a pgce course.
Alternatively if you already have a high level degree2:1 or above you are able to train on the job!
The pay seems to be great at first but be warned you will have to work long demanding hours and you will need a huge dollop of patience and commitment. I think that first year teachers start at about £19.000 but it's a long time since I was one of those!
Hope this helps

You would have to get a bachelor's degree in elementary education. These days you might be able to specialize in primary grades. Check with your local university websites for information. Certification requirements vary among the states.
In my city, the starting teacher salary is around $35,000.
For more salary info, go to www.aft.org/salary/index.htm. It's the American Federation of Teachers website.

If you're thinking about becoming a teacher, consider getting certified in special education as well.

Apart from the fact that you use the word EASY in your question it seems that if you are interested in teaching you would contact people who actually know the answers!

However, assuming you qualified (4 yrs Uni) you would then have to find a job. They are few & far between in Primary, loads in Secondary esp. in London & the S.E.

You should really talk to your local education board for this information. Each state and city has different requirements. Depending on how powerful your local teachers union is, your pay might be very different from your neighboring states.
