I only had 1000 characters to work with in part 1 of this question. Here is part 2: My woman boss discriminates against men. She is a lesbian who only wants to work with women. I have no problem with her sexual preferences, but she has a problem with men. She has fired each and every one who ever worked for her. Her significant other was raped by a man, she doesn't get along with her dad, she fires all the men. There's something wrong here. She also lied at the unemployent hearing, but I called her bluff on it. So now do you think there is grounds for a lawsuit?

I am one class short of completing my bachelor's degree. I am applying for a position that requires a Bachelor's degree. My intentions are to hopefully get the opportunity to start my career with this organization and fulfill that class by taking an "internship" course. The course involves creating daily logs of your internship etc. I know friends who have taken this course and say it doesn't require them to attend classes but rather write a report at the end of the quarter. Will the organization let me, it's a county position, still proceed with the intake process?? Or do they STRICTLY want a B.A.?? I mean, I won't be going to class if I take this internship class, so it's not going to affect me in anyway. thank you for your help.

I'm in sales and a coworker of mine sold a deal in my territory. When I brought this to the attention of my manager, he made us split the commission. My coworker is obviously a spaz and started getting real loud with me and caused a scene and said you don't know who you are f***ing with. He was totally out of control, but I kept my cool and never raised my voice. He was also talking trash about me when I wasn't at work yet, saying really loud that I have sex with prostitutes. Should I go to HR and issue a formal complaint? What are the repercussions to me if I do this, if any?

I need to find a real online job. Not taking surveys, or signing up for free stuff, or viewing web pages. I need a real job that costs nothing to start. I am a stay at home mom to three kids. One of which is severely mentally and physically disabled. That makes it impossible to go to a job outside the home. Please only serious answers. Ok here's what I don't get. Why is it so hard for me to get a minimum wage job?
My resume' is flawless except for that I have very little work experience. But it's like paradox because how am I suppose to get work experience if I can't get a job because I have none??
Besides that, I have no idea why no one wouldn't want to hire me. I've applied at over 3 different places several times and nothing ever happens.
