Depends on what state you live in. Some states you have to be 16, others 15. and a very few you can start working at 14.

Most of the people I know that have worked there have been 16 and up...I think they might even ask that on the job application.

May depend on your state. Some places I think you can be 14, but there are restrictions to the hours. Ask your parents.
