I only had 1000 characters to work with in part 1 of this question. Here is part 2: My woman boss discriminates against men. She is a lesbian who only wants to work with women. I have no problem with her sexual preferences, but she has a problem with men. She has fired each and every one who ever worked for her. Her significant other was raped by a man, she doesn't get along with her dad, she fires all the men. There's something wrong here. She also lied at the unemployent hearing, but I called her bluff on it. So now do you think there is grounds for a lawsuit?

So she got caught in her lie then? Call a lawyer and see what they have to say. Get one where they dont get paid unless you do because otherwise they are half @ss.

You can only usually pursue discrimination lawsuits if you kept a log of incidents occuring to you personally and reported it to her supervisor, but go no resolution. You may be able to do something like wrongful termination.
