Hi all,
Ajilon Finance is a company I'm going to interview for. I was wondering if anyone has interviewed with them?
If so, what questions did they ask, and how did you respond? Ajilon Finance is a job shopping company.

I'm with them currently, they seem to be getting me interviews. The interview with them was decent, just be sure to be able to give good descriptions of past positions and a clear idea of where you want your career to go.

Just like all the interview, preparation is the key. I am sure you are going to do fine. Be confident and answer all questions honestly. Sucess

They are a search firm not a potential employer, unless you are a recruiter yourself. Their goal is to make sure you can walk and chew gum before they send you off to their client - the hiring company. Ask them If they are adding to their candidate list, or do they have a position to fill. Know your resume.
