Job posting requested 2 letters of reference which I did not have by the date the resume was due.?
I went ahead and sent in my resume anyways to meet the due date. I followed up with another cover letter and the letter of reference 2 days later explaining why I sent it in late (previous supervisors are all at different positions out of state).
Today I noticed that the HR director extended the deadline for submissions to October 6th. Should I send in my resume again along with the letters to make it a complete package?

I've applied to a job and the post stated a 3.5 gpa. I was no where near that (I graduated a little over a year ago). I do have some other experience etc. that are valuable. Will they automatically lose interest in me due to this? Is there anything else I can/should do?

what percentage does an agency get paid by someone using their services. my husband is getting £6.50 an hour by the agency whilst on a permanent contract for a delivery company. the permanent staff are on £12.00 per hour. the delivery company say it is costing them more to pay for my husband via the agency but they cannot offer him a position as they are under contract from the agency. i'm not sure it is not cheaper to use him like they are. can anyone answer please.

I was a temp-to-hire and was promised to be hired after 13 weeks, but the company kept me on for 6 more weeks after that and it finally ended up with me losing my job. Can I still claim unemployment? Or do I loose everything because I was just a temp at that point to them?

I currently work in a Latchkey setting and would like to make some extra money. I'm not a kid, and I have years of experience. I have college background in early childhood education also. What should I charge for babysitting? I know working as a full time nanny I was making $10 an hour but I don't think I can charge this much for babysitting on an as needed basis. What should I charge? I'm in Michigan.

I have two options. In Qatar (doha), a developing country, I can work with satisfactory salary, well addressed job descripton (800 million $ airport project for 2 years). Career is clear.Job is fine but I know nobody in Qatar. Socializing matters.

In Dubai, a developed place, cosmopolit and english speaking, job is not clearly desripted but same salary. People I know there from business environment and friends are advantage to me. And city is beautiful.

I have to choose..which one?? why?

Normally we come to know after joining that the amount we gave at the time of answering the question about expected salary was less. Company might have given more if asked at the time of selection. But how to judge to avoid fear of rejection due to non-affordable of expected salary by the company. Sometime HR person also cleverly & psychologically negotiate to bring down the expected amount
