As long as you can convince them that you're a spineless automaton who doesn't have any prospects and doesn't mind being cooped up in an office with ar$eholes like battery hens, then I'm sure you'll ace it :-D

Your resume should be the jobs you have had in the past. If you try to make up one and they go to check out your past employers and you lied, you definately wont get the job. Just put your real employers down but try to highlight any kind of support work you have done. Hightlight you can multi task, speak well, and are good with people....if its a technicial position, try to put your tech skills somewhere on the resume too. Basially a call center is like a big farm.....they want to hire you because those places have huge turnover . They will hire a bujnch of people and put you through training, and then weed out the people who they think cannot handle the job. So dont lie on the resume , you def wont get the job if they catch ya.

Hi >
Best of luck, as I personaly dislike the press 1 for this, press 2 for that etc, etc.
Nice to finally speak to someone who understands what the question was, (because by that time, many have forgotten why they rang)
I'd say put that forwards, as well as presenting a good speaking voice, and an understanding of the client.
Throw in a bit of personality, and be prepared to have a quick chat with the person calling.

definite, you could and may positioned it on. Employers are suspicious of resume gaps and may want to ask your self what got here about at that era on your existence, in the different case. as well it may't damage to positioned down unrelated practise. that's unlike they imagine all and various's best existence purpose is to paintings in a call middle. I were given a job in a tech help call middle with a psychology degree. you could emphasize your shopper provider journey, which i imagine will be a large plus.

I wouldn't worry to much about it, in my experience, if you can put your name at the top of the paper, you'll get the job.

You have to make one based on YOUR experiences. You can't use one you "find".
