She was a manager in airport terminal by CARA company for ten year(some of their restaurants)and work as a Branded Market Manager in MAC'S.she was laid off.due to re-constructuring.now she's working in Mcdonald,she's in a management trainee as a asst. manager .but she want to be out of food.she graduated a Bussiness Mgt.what work will be fit for her?thank's a lot.she want a long term job.,,,

Good Luck to your wife. My daughter has the same degree. She is right now having a hard time finding a job in that field. You don't need a degree to work as a manager at McDonald's so I hope your wife can soon find something where she can use her talents and draw the salary she deserves. Any large hospitals or hotels in your area? They might be worth checking out.

i think your wife should try tourism because she is from services , but in the food industry so the profile wouldn't be very tough, although I must tell you tourism is a very hectic section as well. ask her to work for function where human interaction is neccessary . this doesn't mean that she has to work as a receptionist but it could mean that she ends up like tour promotion manager or such functions. and because a lot of human interaction is involved therefore chances of it being offshored to a low cost country is less as well.

PS and I forgot has she looked into health care and related services
