given the number of hours people are putting in at their jobs, does that increase the likelihood of office romances to be even more common?

I have a harassment lawsuit against my employer and it was recently dismissed because of a filing error on my part. Now the clerk of court has sent me a letter asking me and the opposing attorneys to present discovery to each other. I'm representing myself and the attorneys for them really jerked me around. The amount I'm asking for is miniscule and lawyers are asking more than that to represent me. Anyway, does anyone know of free online advice to help me? At one point I really wanted to drag my employer through the mud. Now, I just wants this thing to be over. By the way, I'm still employed there.

I finally have an interview for a real job, to define real, I mean a job that actually will train me and use the knowledge that I have gained though education and experience in the workforce. I'm applying for a computer programming job, and my (hopefully) new boss has given me a phone interview, which went wonderfully.

Now he wants to met with me over lunch in a few days. I'm kind of worried about what I should wear, since I've never actually been interviewed for this type of position. Any suggestions?

FYI, I’m not trying to spend a LOT of money, but I can buy some new clothes.

My company offers sick time to their employees, but they really don't tell you about it. They don't tell you that you have X number of sick days because they really don't want people to use them. You can't cash them out or anything like that, they are just there if you need them and if you don't thats even better for them. I have worked for this company for 4 years and have used a total of 2 or 3 sick days. Last week I injured my knee and it became swollen and filled with fluid. Since it has not gone down I made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor for this Friday. My schedule is not set, but I work 40 hours every week. Because I made this appointment they were only able to schedule me 36.5 hours. Do you think I should be able to get sick time for the other 3.5 hours that I am missing? I wouldn't ask for sick time for an annual exam or regular dental exam, but this seems different to me because it is for an injury.
