my manager, a lady who's not really working hard at all although very co-operative to me and seems to even not be as brainy as her position requires, is quite smart to take credit of what shez done, not done. if shez done a mistake, she would never show she did so. Today, Her senior who is also my senior said that this is a very stupid mistake that of not keeping the photocopy of this form. She nicely said yea dats true, I am also surprised why she did this. Whereas, I had already asked her if I should take a photocopy of that form since I was new to the company and the system, but she asked me not to take a photocopy. I am thinking if I should bring this to notice to my senior who's also her senior and sits in our Head office in another city or would that look like a stupid quarrel between 2 ladies. This lady at our head office thinks that I dint co-ordinate with my boss and kept doing things on my own. Although she dint tell me this.
Do you think I should inform her

I'm working on my first resume for a job that I want (starbucks to be exact). I am at the moment employed somewhere else, and I want to include this in my resume, but I have a problem with the start date and end date. I started in 2005, but I don't plan on leaving, so what do I put where the end date is? If you can't picture what I'm saying, what should I put where the "?" is: 2005 - ?

I also have this problem with my education. I'm still a high school student and haven't graduated, so what would i put for "y": x - y (x being the first year).

I'm about to start a job, I'm really a second shift person, but I'm willing to work first whichi s what is immediately available. My friend and I have talked about how the mornings however go by really fast, is there any scientific evidence of any part of the day giong by the fastest to humans? I would assume because in the morning you are in tip top shape, everything seemingly goes by fastest. As I said, I'm not a morning person but i'm in debt. Should I hold out for a second shift position which seems comfortable, wake up at 2 and be @ work by 3 to be home by midnight, or should I wake up with my parents each morning, eat breakfast with them (i'm also like suicidally depressed in the mornings) but after the first breakfast look forward to a quikly passing day. I also have anxiety problems which could factor into this, and so i'm getting a predictable factory job as suggest in a previous post, what do you think? Spiritualists are good people so i'll post it here.

It's Shadrack, our CFO, who won't tell us where the bank accounts are and threatens to forget if we pressure him about them and his work-in blowup doll, "Rita." He says she is expecting and he wants the office to have a baby shower to help her during this difficult period. If true, this will be Rita's first and I can understand the need for "her" to feel a part of us.

It's just that I honestly don't think a blowup doll can get pregnant, and I really don't think Shadrack can breed with one that was made in Hong Kong by Chang's Faux Babes, Inc. I just don't see how the genes would work out, especially since Shadrack is flesh and Rita is vinyl--even if really good vinyl.

Not only that, but Rita doesn't look, ah, plumpish, you know? OK, she has a swelling on her forehead where building maintaince hit her with a ladder while changing an overhead light--but THATS ALL THAT'S BULGEY--OK?

Some of the office ladies are still whispering "Pervert!!" but I need a decision. What do we do??

Assume I earn base salary of $100K per annum in Company A, which is profitable. Our company gets acquired by company B. Manager tells me that to level the salary levels with company B, my base salary has to be brought down to 90K and I will be offered 15% bonus if I do well, team does well and company does well. Thus that becomes variable bonus. Can employer reduce my base salary just like that, when company B is profitable?

I graduated from college in 2002 with a BS in Computer Information Systems. Till this day, I have yet to find a position directly in my field of Computer Information Systems/IT. Currently I am employed for a big company but working in a position that is not directly in my field and with low pay and no room for advancement. I recently interviewed for a position with an IT consulting firm that has a potential opening for me in my local area. Would it be a good idea to leave my current permanent position and just "give it a go" with this contract position. Any advice?
