Less than an American degree, or a degree from countries such as Germany, UK, France, Australia. It also depends which degree (subject, grades, etc.)

Not if you want to transfer credits from a Philippine University to a US university...very few school are acceptable. However, there are students studying things like nursing in the Phil and getting jobs in the US very easily so there is some acceptance of trade schools and diplomas....

It can be helpful. It depends what your degree is in and what job you want. You may have to take a test or a short course in the US for some occupations. Licensed professions are different. I know there are programs for Filipino nurses to get certified as CNAs in this country until they can complete an American nursing program.

Yes. If not, we wont be having countless overseas workers in the US of A. The Philippines offers quality education that is accepted worldwide.
