I heard that you can become a truck driver and some people work as couple teams. I wondered how my boyfriend and I could become a team? we have no training and would be just starting out as drivers.

Is it ok in a job interview to say something like "this job is a dream job for me, this is what I imagined myself doing in 5 years from now, and it's what i want to be doing." ???I'm going to have an interview for a job that I REALLY want. I have a ton of experience but I want to make sure I come across as the best candidate because of my experience and my desire to do the job beyond the call of duty.

I have an opportunity to audition for some voice-over work and I have dreamed of doing this kind of thing. I have a trained voice, but no $$ for expensive demos. This is a temporary job that could lead to bigger things if I can just manage to make my voice available online somehow

I have a finance degree with 30 credits in Finance and 30 credits in Business Administration but my school gave me a degree stating Bachelor of Business Administration. To me that is an insult because anybody can have a Bachelor of Business Administration but my school is not giving me my proper credit for putting in all that hard work in finance course by giving me Bachelors of Business Administration. My transcripts say Bachelor of Finance but my degree says Bachelor of Business Administration. What can I do to stand out from the crowd in my resume from those who have management, International Business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and etc majors? Because my friend has a degree from the University of Florida and it says Bachelor of Science in Finance.

the lady i share an office with (that now does the billing i used to do) is getting on my nerves! even the smallest things that she does wrong (not the way i did it) bugs me to death!!! like today we have registration forms that are filed 100 per folder (they are numbered 1-99, 100-199, 200-299 etc) and she hasn't been filing them... well today she decided she needed to and put like 300 in one folder (that was already complete) and then the second folder she started was numbered 4028-___! BLANK?? WHAT? there were at least 300-400 forms in this folder! everything she does out of order drives me insane, the slightest mess she has drives me nuts and if she has to be out of the office for more than 2hours i am cleaning up her area and sometimes even doing some of her work because she is SOO far behind! WHY am i like this and what can i do to get over it or to help her out??? any tips at all!?

I quit my part time job after a year as they were giving me too many hours ( I was on a 10 hr a week contract - they were giving me up to 50 a week!). I give 2 weeks notice and then went on holiday, when I got back I hadn't been paid. They said I had to give 4 weeks notice and will deduct money from my wages for their costs incurred and I'll get my wages minus the deductions the following month. I told them that I would've worked the extra 2 weeks if I'd known but they said it was too late. Is there anything I can do? Please help.

What can I do to show my boss that I'm capable of handling this supervisor position? The person who is leaving has this LEAD position and we started around the same time and I know I'm capable of this! I'm a bit younger than her but I know I can handle it! What can I do?!?

Any suggestions would be helpful. I work in a call center and its a pretty small department. I've alrelady talked to my supervisor about it and she's considering me, but there are other people interested in it.

Thanks!

Probably such a question might have been raised earlier.. would request you to give this a thought and some time. In the current international business scenario, we are seeing a trend of movement of business from the west to east, particularly China. With such a backdrop, is it a viable option for young b-school grads learn CHINESE (at least to the extent of speaking Chinese)?

I am the main person at my job, a small law firm, and I have been here for 7 years. Besides the two attorneys, there is only one other person at my job and she started about 8 months ago with no experience. I believe it is time for a change in my life. I have been offered another job, but we are still working out the salary, etc. and I'm not really sure that I will accept it. I am sure that I want to leave my present job. It just bores me to death. I know all there is to know about it.
