You definitely don't list all the courses you took because that would way too long. Instead, you should list the major subject areas, especially those directly related to the job you want.
I tell my students not to list class titles because they're meaningless to employers. Plus, different schools use different titles and course numbers. Something like accounting, psychology, creative writing are descriptive to all.

Just put courses that are relevant to the position you are applying to. For example, if you are applying for a financial analyst job...putting Management Accounting I/II is a good idea. But Sociology I would not be useful to the employer.

Answer them fully, maybe not Algebra 101, Algebra 102, Algebra 105. Just put Algebra.
You are trying to fool your potential employers into believing you will be a conscientious worker who doesn't shrink from completing difficult tasks.

If it's an application and not a resume basic works - especially if coupled with "High School."

Relax. Remember, you are trying to sell yourself, not make yourself look like a dullard.
List them as Liberal Arts, including: language, art, culture, etc.
You can list specific courses if they were important to you as this shows your personality.
It's going to be fine!
Best of luck to you!
